It's amazing that people still drink to get drunk, after knowing how bad/not fun it is. These experiences of blacking out only to awaken to a cleared out poker account are sad. :(

Alcohol is not very fun. I don't drink anymore. If I do, it's a drink. Literally one!

I decided almost a year ago to stop getting drunk and that was one of the best decisions I've made.

Philosophy led me to this easy conclusion. ;)

If it affects your brain, affects you game, simple as that. In my case, negatively. It turns myself more impulsive and this is not good for my poker style.

If I play drunk I will lose all of my chips.I hate alcohol and people who drink it so.I prefer stay somber.

If you drink, don't drive, so if you're going to play poker don't drink. Playing poker is like driving, you are the one who guides your cards to victory.

I play a lot more hands with mixed results. Never tried it at anything more than a 1-2 NL table.

It makes you play more aggressive and you do not make the best decisions, the percentage of playing the hands will be higher, some analysis of the hands disappears, it is what has happened to me, I really do not recommend it, if you want to drink start when you think that already The end of the session is near.:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:
