for me it is difficult to control it completely sometimes i take a deep breath and do not speak for about 30 minutes to control my nerves

I am also very emotional when I lose or win in a poker game. If I win, the emotion is loaded with a feeling of joy. If I lose in the game, I get a feeling of unease. I don't have self-control with my emotions while playing poker.

I always control my own emotions easily and without problems. There is nothing complicated for me in this. I see poker as a sport where patience, discipline and skill are key factors.

It was pretty bad for me in the beggining,but as time moved on,and as i got more and more experience,i learned to take the loss cold headed,and thats the best sollution to any problem in poker.
