How to know you play too much online poker

Tonight we're playing some 1c/2c mixed games as a family (6-year-old, SO, and myself).

Max turns to me, facing a bet from his mom, "I'm going to fold and sit-out. I need to take a break."

I didn't think too much of the wording until the end of the night. We called it quits at 9pm for him to go to bed. "OK, Vinnie, we both need to sit-out now; so, we can stop for the night."

Suddenly, I realized that he's copying me. Because, when my GF asks me if I am almost done, I respond by saying, "Just let me sit-out at my tables so I can quit." Clearly, this saying is so common around my house that my six-year-old thinks that to stop playing poker you need to announce that you're going to "sit-out."

I saw a license plate the other day and though to myself "full house"

I am totally guilty of the +/- EV thing too especially after reading poker books/strategy posts.
