Today I live from the game, I don't need to spend 7 hours a day.

I'm struggling to totally eliminate weekend games.

But the fact is, I don't play more than that because of the point you mentioned, emotional stress. You need a mental rest, so you can play at a good level, without it, you will just lose money.

There are people who can, but I believe they must have a big gap of rest between games.

I usually play 1 or 2 tournaments a day only. It is totally enough for me. I remember when I played 4-5 hours (cash game too), but it were very boring and I felt myself like a zombie. Since then I think: respect for all professional players. Playing all day isn't for everyone. You can burn out quickly.
