Yes, just go to play on lower rates, and most importantly to wait when you go to the map and before that hidden.

I think the main thing to remember and one of the things that helped me a lot when I first started playing, is to not be results-orientated.

I know this doesn't directly answer your questions but if you can start to think this way it will help all three of those things.

All that matters, or I should say all that should matter, is making the correct play. It's hard to see in the short time, but making the correct plays and putting the percentages in your favor will show massive dividends in the long run.

Its hard to see in the short run, especially if you are running bad, but once you can get this concept in your head ... You will see all those feelings and tilt go away. Its a hard concept to master (I even struggle with it on rare occasions) but its something you have to work on to truly be successful!

It is necessary to control your emotions and stop in time if the game does not go. Still of course you need to monitor your limits and do not raise much of the bar.

This is so true

I used to be very tilt when I lost due to a bad beat. Now I'm like, atleast it's not my fault I lost this hand.

You need to accept that loosing a hand or even your whole stack is a big part of poker. Even when you are a big favourite you can loose from a weaker hand.

When you can fully manage this concept than you really can start to enioy playng poker and maybe go on a winning streak!

You hear about all the big names in poker going broke on more than one occasion. More recently -early on in their 'career' - Daniel Negreanu and Phil Ivey... of course Stu Unger and Brunson in the 70's but apart from Ungar they are doing good these days .. just imagine if they gave up early on?

1) Stop expecting from poker that in the end he will solve any of your problems. The closer the decoupling is and the sooner you need to solve the problem, the more you waste your nerves. Take from poker what it gives you, not what you want from it.

I used to be very nervous in the game and I told myself why this was happening to me, and I got a lot under the slope,
now I'm just playing and I know that you can lose on any card at any time and with any stack,

Set smaller goals. So, for example, if you want to win $1000, make the goal to win $1. Then to win $10. And then if you lose, back to $1. Then to $10. Then to $100. Then if you lose, back to $10. Always be satisfied winning $1 at any stake. Most people lose at all stakes. Small goals help big goals.

What games do you play, cash, sng or mtt?

You cant be results orientated until you have a decent sample size say a few thousand sngs under your belt. Just keep grinding, study more than you play and enjoy when you play. If you are not having fun don't play and study instead.
