After two or three hours I find my mind starts wandering and I start making bad decisions especially if I’m already in the money. I tend to start to gamble more and make looser calls and all ins then normal.

well im retired im a caregiver to my wonderfull wife
i get up around 4am to 6am - i turn putter on and its poker time.
and im allways on till i go to bed around 10-12am
so i spend about 18hrs a day
6 days a week as wed i vounteer at our foodbank

about 10 hours, but of course tea or coffee is always necessary, the most important thing is not to drink alcohol, otherwise a very aggressive playing style and a lot of bluffing will turn on)))

Well I consider myself as a poker player, I know how to drive and I only play 8 hours different modalities, there I take a break, I have my daily schedule from 10am to 6pm, I have daily sports routines, I manage if fatigue hits, not all day I consider that if there is a good day, of profit rests the other day with the emotion to the shopping center to share with the family. !!!

I play early in the day, have a break, and then at the evenings. On average day it's 6 hours, but that depends how well my luck goes. On a good day it's more, on a bad - less than 6 hours.

Try to limit it to around 6 hours max and that's only if I'm in a tourney . Otherwise it's about 2-3 hours depending on if I've got money on the site ..

Normally I play around 3/4 hours.. But it varies a lot depending on my earnings for the day. Sometimes 2/3 SnG are enough to reach my daily profit

I think 19 hours was the longest time i was playing. That happen couple months ago.. that was sooo nice day and i never felt tired heh... a lot of coffee and cigaretes and games... now i am playig just 2-3 hours a day... for fun. Mostly tournaments and sit and go tournaments.

Live vs online

Playing live cash games (my preference), I like to play at least 4-5 hours to get a good feel for the other players, and I love playing at the same table with some of the same players for 10-15 hours (players will come and go, but on the weekends at Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt Pleasant MI, it's common to see quite a few regulars play for 8 hours or more).

that depends on each player,for example,if we play a long tournament and make a final table,we will play from 8 am to 12 noon if it were the sunday million or storm in pokerstars.

How can you play for so long and not get burned out? I can click buttons for 14 hours maybe i'm stupid but that's a lot of work. Here is a good question! how can you improve the quality decisions in the 14 hours? you wouldn't think about it but eye exercises enabling blue light on pc using an eye patch etc.... Small shit like that adds up and makes the difference over the long run.

I play as much as I can. Usually not every day.
