I've gotten two parties playing consistently. At my school I play every Saturday night with my brothers and friends (group of 7ish). At home I play every month with my main family (6-12 people).

With one person, we have not talked for several years and it happened that we met last spring. They talked about who does what, where it works, and so on, and it came about that I'm playing poker, my friend liked my hobby and thanks to poker we now talk again, I share literature with him, I help him in the game. Several times he already won the league tournaments on the PS. It turns out that poker united us and it's great!

I have gotten a few friends to learn the game of poker, but only one plays online and offline for money. The individual is extremely good at heads up poker and cashed out over 30k on pokerstars before the united states banned all players from playing on that website.

None, except myself. I have talked with other people about my poker experiences but they do not seem that interested/inspired to actually take their chances and play.

I do not try to convince somebody either. EARNING money in poker is too hard for me and knowing that - I do not suggest poker to anybody. Losing is easy but that should be their own decision.

Since the beginning of my game I have not helped anyone to learn about poker, did not involve them in the game. Life experience suggests that if you bring someone from your acquaintances into any sphere of activity and he crashes - you will be blamed for everything in the world !!!

I think its everyones personal thing and it should be their decision to start playing, cause there are money involved. I would feel probably very bad, If I convinced someone to play and they would lose their money...

Really i haven't had much help at all i have watched a few videos, but nothing extreme. I have thought about getting a coach recently it never hurts to have someone else guide it.. it can only help

Actually nobody. I have never tried to convince somebody to start playing. If anyone wants a piece of advice I can help him out. That's why I am a member of CC in order to help others about the game.

If someone knows nothing about poker I would never start a conversation about this topic on the other hand I like people who have the same hobby as me so the discussion is on.
