I must admit i love my Green and smoke alot but sometimes it's not very good when playing and if you're playing scared then you need to get that out of your game as playing scared won't get you ITM as other players will pick up on this and exploit it bigtime.

There are Rx medications to help ease anxiety. I use to play in a home game that took regular breaks for this stuff. I don't partake myself but to each his own.
