How many poker variants do you play and which one is easy to play?

I play mostly Holdem. Omaha is a good game for me because you rarely win with a single pair hand. And I have a problem overvaluing top pair hands a lot of times. Working on that.
My new game is 7 card stud limit. Really liking the difference in philosophy and the limit bet sizes.

I only play one type of poker, Hold'em. I don't have time to learn and play other types, although I think it would be interesting. But at the moment I only play Hold'em and from time to time I bet on sporting events, mostly tennis.

I know rules holdem and omaha. But prefer play holdem

So far, only hold'em and sometimes hold'em 6+ and about other types such as plo 2-7, I don't quite understand their rules and it's not even interesting
