How much do you play every day?

It really depends on the day, but on average, I spend around 4 hours daily at the tables. If I run deep in a tournament, it can easily turn into a 6+ hour session. I always try to take a 5-minute break every hour to stretch and clear my mind. Do you guys play cash games or tournaments mostly?
 
I usually play around 2–3 hours a day. I try to make the most of that time by staying focused, learning from my mistakes, and improving my game. Quality is more important than quantity!
