It takes a lot of time but it helps find leaks not only in my game but in my opponents. I also look at the leakbuster reports and try and work on a leak a month to see if I can vanquish it. As for playing, I try and play a minimum of 3k hands a day(which doesn't take that long multitabling.) unless I'm having some time off which I have to do from time to time for the sake of my sanity and my real life.

Therefore... the answer to your question .. is too much and then some more
