time doesn't influence the cards you're dealt. the odds of you getting dealt aa is the same if blinds are 5 minutes long or 15 minutes long.

time does, however, influence your stack size and effective big blinds, which changes your preflop range strategy. with longer blinds, say 15-20 minutes or longer, you can be more selective of hands you play. with 5 minute blinds or shorter, you can't be as selective.

I have seen folks delay making their bet if they are on the bubble and hoping that by doing that they stand a better chance of someone else taking the exit. Does not mean it is bad, bad, but it can be very stressful to others. Part of the game, I reckon.

It seems to me you mean "timing tells". You cannot make a generalization but if you look closely you will notice some, such as betting too fast or taking too long. Of course, the meaning of these "tells" can only be deduced by observing your opponent and seeing his showdowns.

When I play important tournaments I always play them from the start the blinds are very small and I try to play my best on the flop without risking a lot of stack instead in freerolls or low tournaments I let a few minutes pass because most of them are maniacs and play all-in with whatever comes to them.
