How much $ is your poker down-swing?

$500 is one day of work for me. That said I sure as shit cant justify losing $500 when I have 3 kids and a mortgage. Kids need their teeth fixed, house needs a new roof etc. I have a little over $50 between 2 poker sites. When I lose $5.00 i get depressed hahah. I micro dose poker and it satisfies my need to gamble.

never thought about it because I only play for fun I have deposited a few hundred all together over the years but now I only use my own money live online. I will fight through the freeroll for cash I run to bad online dont seem to have same problems in a live game

I have been playing for 15 years. In general I play only my earnings for a few years. I made myself a special poker bankroll.

My worst downswing was about $5k in a month. Stopped playing after that to read up, do stuff that made me happy, and when my state of mind was back, i came back to the poker scene again ^^

it's been less than 1 years that I took over poker. counting all the banckrolls I lost. I must be at least $ 250. the only good thing is that I never made a deposit and I continue to improve my game.
