Start with $50 double tabling 2nl full-ring it's the softest Holdem format to play. Once I get to $500 I start playing $5+ longer blind level MTT's on the weekends. I keep playing cash 10nl during the week. Once I get 100 buy-ins for the next level of cash I move up till I reach 50nl.
