How did you get interested in Poker?

Seeing the 2003 the wsop Main Event over and over on ESPN, and discovering online poker was what got me interested in the game. Without the ESPN coverage, I doubt I would have ever played a hand of the game.

I was a sports nut so I always had the TV on ESPN and when poker became big there it definitely peaked my interest. Been hooked ever since

I became interested in poker at an early age playing 5 card draw for pennies with my cousins. I leaned the game from my father and uncles. It is one of my favorite childhood memories.

hello

went to vegas with friends and lost my bankroll at the craps table.one of my friends staked me $40 to play 2/4 while he played nl. i hit the badbeat for $31,000. been hooked since than.that was in 1989 and have won{big/little end} 11 bad beats, so far

. with all that i'm more or less even. just enjoy the game.

I learned to love poker from my family. Every holiday or birthday, the adults would get together and play cards. They were always having a great time and I could not wait til I was old enough and had some money of my own to play.

I started playing poker for a while already since 2012 in the home of friends live called home very tasty games exciting and yet occasionally made some money then went ahead at and we greatly improved the format of play and also increased the volume of online at the beginning was poker game did not understand the dynamics to do online but now I take seriously and I really like playing poker since 2012 practically live but not online I want to stop playing

Hello, watching the final table of the 2,008 WSOP Main Event on ESPN when the final table was played in November and was called The November Nine.I remember that I just wanted to watch a football match and I found myself watching this new sport and I loved it ever since.Idid watch the whole final table until Peter Eastgate became World Champion.

I started playing when I noticed that when I would go to parties someone would ask to start playing card games and it would eventually turn to poker. After I got tired of not being able to play I started watching them play and asking questions until I was brave enough to play myself and the rest is history.
