I read that Trump is friends with Sheldon Adelson. That would be bad when it comes to getting regulated online poker in the US. It sucks not being able to play with ROW on sites like Stars.

While he's president, he'll of course have to divest himself of his companies or put them into a trust where he has no input on their administration. So while he has hotel / casino interests, I highly doubt he'll wade in on the issue for the obvious appearance of bias.

I think that the US has far more pressing concerns with its new president than his stance on poker.

As much as I would love to see him make online poker legal or effect the game in a positive way. I can't imagine it would really be on his radar with all the other crap he has to orient himself with now. Just my opinion

His election would not change anything in poker in the USA ragarding poker in my opinion although , if I am not mistaken, Trump owns a casino or sth like that . It needs time for the changes to come and happen in every state I guess . I hope everything change for the best in America sometime soon
