hud poker odds do you use them

Dont beat me up but does anyone use Heads up Displays to get current poker odds information. If you use one can you tell a little about it and if you like it or not. If you dont use one please dont flame me for asking. We know your a purist and need no assistance. I know relative values of hands but some times wondered where i really stand because there are so many variables.
