As I recall, he was asked to provide evidence but instead simply repeated his own assertions and then started insulting people who wouldn't blindly take his word.
and basically his evidence was "I know I'm right".

Actually it doesn't really make sense, it sounds like the sort of gobbledygook that would come out of an advertising agency, stupidity is not really quantifiable. Fat chance of him pressing charges too, in reality. Talk is cheap - but lawyers and international litigation certainly aren't!

Do you recall how Dan conducted himself in the thread that was mentioned earlier :questionm
Well said, what more can be added.

just cause he was right this time doesn't mean that he conducted himself well
again, he didn't provide concrete evidence against these ppl, just speculation
UMM, This ^^^^ can be added, If my rusty middle aged memory can recall he was asked what proof he had, and he kept on not providing any, then his attitude became belligerent, and that is when members who were trying to piece together whether what he was saying can be confirmed or was indeed just his speculation may have gone on the offensive, just because it turns out that what he said was true, that doesn't mean he acted appropriately in the earlier thread. Also the thread was locked as it was going nowhere except to a bad place.
I'm am glad people have been reimbursed what these scumbags who were running these bots stole from them, but to want to chase them to get charges laid is just plain silly, it is Full Tilt's responsibility to do that, as it was them that ended up out of pocket, not only that but the costs involved would be out of the reach of any individual.
Full Tilt probably banned him from their forum as he was more than likely hampering their investigation, and also giving the scumbags that were running the bots a heads up that their days were numbered and time to close down their operation and set it up under some other names that are now fleecing unsuspecting players.
