If you recognize this now then vary up your schedule. It's okay to be very into something but obviously you need to balance it as you realize.

Have you tried playing less?

As important as "Balance" is in your poker game, it is important in your life as well. You WILL become burnt out if you do not create balance in your life.

1. Work out
2. Go for a walk
3. Find other hobbies
4. Meditate
5. learn to cook
6. Volunteer
7. Spend time with family or loved ones

I think that if you know how to play poker well and you have good playing skills and it’s okay to win in tournaments or cash games, then it’s not so bad if you make good money on the game, but if you play badly and lose it is better not to play at all so as not to lose money but be carried away by something else and useful!

I used to read a lot of books. Each day readed a book. But then I met with Poker and the time is shorter. To achieve success in poker, it is necessary to devote much time to learning. At least at first time.

Depends on your bankroll. When you are a billionaire I would suggest you keep playing. Wealth distribution is more important for the society than your own wealth. ;-) At least until you keep some millions.

If you have a small or no bankroll you should stop playing for some days. You should calm down in order to find a solution; in order to reflect your life. Why do I play?

If you cannot find a solution, maybe if you keep loosing money or think you are addicted to the game you should try to find external support. Ask your family, colleagues or other people.

Greets and all the best!

Make a poker schedule for yourself. Allocate time and stay on schedule. Plan your day in advance.

going out and having a good time with one's hands is always a good way to break the routine. But sport is still the best option to fulfill one's employment of time. It can also help you avoid the stress accumulating on the poker tables.

You need balance! If you truly enjoy the game, you should set aside time for the educational aspect of it. Part of BRM is appropriating funds and time to learning. Spend some time away from the table, you're game will thank you. You be burnt out before you realize it.

You said you are still studying. Are you in college, graduate school, professional school or something else ? Also, since you said "morning until evening", I assume you are playing online ? I always go with the "quality over quantity" mind set. Limit yourself to maybe once or twice a week for a set number of hours or number of tournaments. When you play, make sure you really focus and take the time to observe the action and think through all of your decisions. I think you will find that you will get more out of it. Since I am a father, husband and full time employee, I get only a limited number of times to play (casinos or poker nights with friends). I find that I am really able to enjoy the times I play and I can always study the game in between my playing. This also allows me to focus on other things and helps prevent me from going on tilt.

You have to fight it, I had the same addiction . Most often, this dependence applies not only to poker but also to many other gambling games ..

If such a dependence on online games, then it is better to completely remove the computer from home! I do not see any other exits! This can be compared with the fact that next to the alcoholic is always a bottle of vodka!

I identify myself, there are days that I cheer up and I leave aside some chores to play poker, I only stop playing when I have something very important to do. :(

Play more

Bro if you want to play poker just play poker, Do what makes you happy and have fun but if you really think that you need to focus your attention on something else you can always go out with friends, go to the gym, listening to music or work in your job. Think about your goals and make a priority what is important the most and be honest with what you want to do and what you dont want to do

Balance and priorities are always the key. Are you new player? If yes it is normal in the beginning to be excited and play all the time. If this is not the case just plan your time better. It is much better idea to play for 2, 3 hours when you have free time and are fresh instead of playing constantly tired just for the game.

It's not too late for you to see a psychologist if you can't manage himself. At least being in this state you will never be in profit. Excitement does not give a person the opportunity to focus. Poker is all about peace of mind .
