I’d say 4–6 hours a day is plenty. The key is to stop when you feel mentally exhausted once your decisions start getting worse, it’s time to take a break.

It depends on the player, but for most people, 2–4 hours a day is a healthy balance. Take a 5–10 minute break every hour to stay focused. If you notice your decision-making getting worse, you're feeling frustrated, or you're playing on autopilot, it's time to stop for the day. Quality of play is far more important than the number of hours you put in.

In my case, if I'm doing well in tournaments, I would say 3 to 5 hours, enough to take a good rest, not to get too exhausted.

Honestly 3 to 4 hours max per day if you wanna stay sharp. Anything past that and focus tanks, which leads to dumb punts and tilt. Doing 90-minute or 2-hour sessions with a solid break in between works best for me.

Some players can grind for 10+ hours, while others perform better with shorter sessions and regular breaks.

I think it's a purely personal trait of each player. Some can sit focused for hours, while others start to lose focus and start showing off their C/D game after just two hours.

I completely agree! Quality of decision-making is so much more important than just grinding endless hours. Once mental fatigue and brain fog kick in, it's definitely time to log off rather than risking your bankroll on suboptimal plays.

I think 5–6 hours is a pretty good session.

Its like exercise, the more you do, the more you can do.

The optimal amount is whatever amount doesnt disrupt important things in your life.
