Really doesnt work like that with the dealer button moving clockwise after every hand.
But if you were saying the dealer was seat one i would say then you are in seat 4

If you're going to be the BB in the next hand, you're in seat 3 (also called under the gun) no matter how many people are in the tourney.

I might be wrong but it sounds like the OP is asking about position for table layouts to setup a HUD maybe?

Dunno about the HUD issues but seat numbers are generally fixed - they don't change with the button and blinds.
At a live table the first seat to the dealer's left is seat one and the numbers go up clockwise from there. Online the hand history should tell you what seat number you're in.

The thing ask me each time what seat i an in my choice at sb bb 3-8 button 10 choices and if im not in on of those not sure exactly what seat im innOzExorcist said:
