Yes
paired board with 2 of the same suit that are connected.
One guy has underpair, other has 2 overs that make gutshot and FD.
ex. KQss v 2d2h on 9sTsTd5h

I was gonna use the same example except with 10 J 7 7 with two spades. The outs would be 4 Aces, 3 Kings, 3 Queens, 3 Tens, 3 Jacks, 4 Nines, and 7 Spades. 27 outs twice is 54%, so yo would be a slight favorite.
