The impact is just a matter of degree.

I dont think you can play your "A" game on autopilot.
I agree with TeUnit. Yes, you can play well enough…but can you play your best?

Listen to music, make food, walk on the street, play games at work, in short, is it possible to perform well in the game while performing other everyday tasks? I usually play games on my tablet while walking home from work and I've had good results.
If you play for fun, you can combine poker with other entertainment or even sometimes with work. But if your goal is a good result, then such a combination will not bring you anything good. If you haven't understood this yet, you will soon understand.

Perhaps everything is individual here, someone can work in multitasking mode and noise does not distract him, but someone needs complete silence to concentrate.

Depends on the person and activity. As someone who owns and manages their own business most my day involves multi-tasking so I have no issue multi-tasking some things and playing poker at the same time. Somethings thou just aren't possible to multi-task and play poker.

Cheers!!!

Yes, it is possible to successfully combine gaming with other activities, but it requires self-discipline.The key to balance is moderation and planning, with play serving as a way to relax rather than the main activity of the day.I play at work, I'm alone there and no one bothers me.

I'm used to doing several things at the same time, and I think it can be done effectively.

We're all different, do whatever works for you. Sometimes in poker you just don't get dealt any playable hands. In those cases I personally get very bored and start playing worse, trying to make something happen. So if I'm card dead I will sometimes listen to music or watch YouTube videos. It keeps me entertained and I can focus better on the hands I do play. But mostly, I tilt less.

You can play while doing other things, but your performance almost always drops.

I think it’s possible to get decent results while multitasking, especially in softer games, but it’s definitely not optimal in the long run. Poker requires focus, and small details can make a big difference in decision-making.

It's up to you; if you can stay focused, no problem. In fact, for some players, it's even beneficial to keep your mind alert while playing.
