I don't think you can use it or cash it out, but you can have a warm, fuzzy feeling in your heart just knowing it's there.

Actually, I do believe that PokerStars runs $0.01 + $0.00 tournies. Buy into one of those and start a bankroll. If you do, keep us all posted on the results.
