Putting out a blocker bet to induce a bluff raise on the river is actually an extremely extremely good line vs some players. Coz alot of ppl don't always mind checking behind and giving up the bluff coz they presume you will just c/c, but when you put out a small blocker bet all of a sudden they start to think "omg he is really scared i can get him off of this". There are alot of cool things you can do with bet sizing that most ppl don't even consider.

dude, if he's a tool you should almost certainly be playing that hand slow and just lowering the variance of the match because it's easy to pick superior spots and beat him like 80% of the time. top two with no low draw is pretty meh

but there is no card that i want to see on the turn that i can confidently get the money in. Time equity plays a part here aswell, i know im getting the money in with abut 60% equity vs his range, so just ship and load up a new game. Its difficult waiting for a better spot against someone who is potting every hand every street aswell, would be forced to bleed off a ton of chips before getting it in. Also i got the money in good, so screw you!!!!!!

well my point was to not try to get the $ in at all. it's really hard to have better than like 60-65% equity in the hand and your winning % vs. a poor player will be quite better than that and you can find pretty amazing spots to get it in when you're only at 15/30, this not being a particularly great one. he'll have a low draw tons and even bad players are allowed to get sets and wraps and stuff

but yeah i s'pose time equity also is a factor. i'd like it with any backup low draw probably, without i dunno really. youre da expert, just my input
