I keep reading that gamming online in the usa is not aloud. Well lets say you are in the USA and win some real cash on one of the sites. How hard is it going to be to collect my moneys?

Not hard at all, depending on your deposit/withdraw method, you will typically have the funds in your bank account (or you receive a check) within 10 business days. Legislation is up in the air right now but that doesn't mean US players are banned from all poker sites. Play away my friend.

This. Also Greg Raymer and everybody at the PPA (PokerPlayersAlliance) are working dilegently to get some usa based card rooms. So we will see!!! I think Obama is a card player....maybe that will help. lmao

Also .... each site has their own guidelines on withdrawing money and what you have to do to get it out.

I was thinking about this also, I thought that it would be rather hard to deposit and withdraw money for poker rooms but even with the laws I guess a lot of people are rebelling :)

Is Obama a poker player?

I have no problems withdrawin from Pokerstars, Full tilt or Bodog. Each one does it a litle differently but eventually you get your money. As far as Depositing... what is that? :smile: :smile: :smile:

I've gotton checks from bodog, absolute, and doyles last nov,,, had no prob cashing them at my bank,,, so take a shot and win some cash and wait for the check,,,, hope our cause gets some help from the prez
