First of all it was play money.... It says real money because it was a fun step game on carbon poker. Secondly it was like 3AM and i was tired and wanted to give my chips away. And im glad i did it because i finally got to see a Royal flush.

But, yeah royals don't mean anything to me these days I've had 7 of them I think.

I was watching high stakes poker yesterday and was surprised to hear Daniel Negreanu say that he's never had a royal flush. Really shows the huge difference between the number of hands one gets playing online poker these days as opposed to live.

I've had 3 royal flushes online (I think I hit my first one back in 2008, almost 2 years after I started playing).. and I actually just hit my first live royal flush about 2 weeks ago. I've been playing for about 4 years.

I've seen about 8 or 7 of them too.

I've had only one win money, and sadly i've folded 3 hands that would've become the royal flush. That's the sad hand when you see people goin all in...

At a live event I was at there was two royal flushes (one on the table right next to the other) within about 10 minutes...

I now have ~150,000 hands online and only ever had one Royal flush...

I've had 7 (one live).

Considering the amount of hands I've played during that time frame, I think I would have rather had the odds hit me on a lottery ticket instead.
