Limit Holdem For Cash Games

Up until now I have only focused on NLHE. Can any one recommend any help files, books or websites for strictly ring table limit holdem?

I'd recommend small stakes hold em by miller/sklansky as a good starting point. Of course, it kind of all depends on your experience/success too as to where is best to begin.

Check out the most recent drag the bar vid posted for cc members as it deals with a limit hand and there is also a limit hold em thread in the learning poker forum that might help. I'd post links...but it's a pain to do from my phone.
