Live poker information exchange

Hi I am Brazilian, and work with poker for some time.
I'm poker dealer in Porto Alegre, in YPIRANGA poker room.
I have been with poker to 2 years, and play a long time.
I wonder how the live poker in other countries. Both cash game and tournaments and exchange some information with some other players.
Ja am part of furum a time, my English is not very good, so it is kind of hard to communicate.
So I'm struggling. Talking to other players will improve my poker and my English too.

Hi, i am from Ukraine, there poker illegal and is behind the law, but i know that there are a lot of clubs where people play as cash as tournaments etc. People are playing and someone has money from it.

why is online poker legal in ukraine but live poker isnt? cant they create special casinos just for poker?
