I haven't played as much cash, but based on the few live sessions I've played it's a similar skill gap 200NL live is like  10-25NL online (maybe a bit worse).  One big difference live is everyone loves limp/calling vs. raising first in.  You can often 6-7X raise over 2-3 limpers and still find calls from connected cards ,off suit broadway, etc...

The big downside of live is the massive rake taken from each buy-in vs online.  For MTTs, most online clients charge 10% rake (GGPoker is 5%), whereas with dealer fees and other charges you might be looking at 20-30% live.  If you do play live tournaments keep an eye on how much of your buy-in makes it into the prize pool or how much your hourly is in cash.  The vig for smaller games can make them unprofitable, even with a soft field, but it's also a lot of fun if you're interested in socializing with people while you play.
