Longest Downswing?

What has been your longest downswing and did you get that nervous feeling i get when i am recovering from downswings?

Can't say exactly how long it was but I have had some bad ones. Some of them making me questions whether or not I should even play! I let downswings get to me though and mess up my thought process resulting in bad poker. I think the best players don't let downswings phase them even the really long downswings!

Two days. The rest of the time is a bad game because of this downswing.
