Looking for a group to join with leaderboard standings, etc.

HI, I'm looking for a group to join that might have leaderboard standings, etc. Any ideas for something like this?
I've seen one on the internet, something like 'Online World Poker Tour' but they wanted $15/mth. and actually it looked kind of pathetic??
Is there something out there with leaderboards, etc. where one can play (not the other one's on the net,.. the one's where you need to be entering into the $100 & up tourneys like PS Sunday Millions, etc.). Just something where a player could be entering tourneys in the $10 and under range. Does Cardschat have something like that?? I've only tried playing on a couple of the freerolls on Cardschat,.. hey nice that it was free but wasn't overly impressed with the skill level on them (maybe I was just on some crappy tables??).
Any input would be appreciated. Hey,.. maybe an avenue to start something up on a grand scale (there's a bit of my poker personality grandiosity coming out again, lol). What about a worldwide Online Micro Limit Poker Tour??? Sounds cool,... where do I sign up and when can I start, lol.

Cardschat does indeed have a leaderboard as maintained by beardyian, by calendar quarter.
All real money games count toward points.

Not to mention there is also a freeroll leaderboard available too.
