4 sets of Kings today which is nice, just not against Aces yet. Hopefully I won't have to see how they do.

Jagsti that graph was downright frightening, please tell me that isn't 200NL...

Over 20 buy ins is an unreal downswing

LOL, it's even more frightening than that! I'm sure the majority of it is 100nl with some 200nl mixed in :).

This was such a depressing month. Ironically, i ran ok at nl200, but trying to start a roll on stars twice by playing nl100 w/ $500 (and failing both times) and an absolute joke of 300 hands at nl400 ($-1250) made for the longest breakeven stretch i have had in some time.

Going to mix 1/2 and 2/4 next month and hopefully get in 50k hands since i'll have nothing to do. Will leave starting a roll on stars until i am playing at least nl400-nl600 on party.

I can't dodge anything anymore.
The swings are getting annoying, but are still nothing compared to HU swings :).

Hero (BB): $31.25 (125 bb)
BTN: $4.65 (18.6 bb)
SB: $7.70 (30.8 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB with 9:club: 4:spade:
BTN folds, SB completes, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.50) 4:diamond: 4:heart: 7:spade: (2 players)
SB bets $1, Hero raises to $2, SB raises to $7.45 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.45

Turn: ($15.40) 6:club: (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($15.40) 7:heart: (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results: $15.40 pot ($0.75 rake)
SB showed 7:diamond: 2:spade: (a full house, Sevens full of Fours) and won $14.65 ($6.95 net)
Hero mucked 9:club: 4:spade: (a full house, Fours full of Sevens) and lost (-$7.70 net)

feitr, what is the biggest difference between 100 and 200NL HU and then the biggest difference u noticed between 200 and 400NL HU? When I had a brief stint at 200NL HU i thought most of the regs were considerably better than at 100.

Yea it is pretty similar to 6max/FR in that sense. Probably a similar number of fish at nl200 and nl100, but the regs at nl100 do tend to be quite a bit weaker. I haven't played enough nl400 to answer that, but i didn't notice much if any difference. Many of the HU nl400 regs at party play nl200 as well (or if not, they tend to play nl600 and/or nl1k), but i just ran so awful that i decided to move down. I'll let you know at the end of this month. I've also played some nl100 and nl200 at stars, and i didn't notice any real difference there either.

In any case, i have no doubt that with study/play it would be pretty easy to crush the regs at nl400-nl1k (not really any HU stakes beyond that on major non-FT sites). I intend to play nl400-nl1k over 2 sites and i definitely think that $500/hr is possible doing that. If you are planning on giving HU a shot, i'm happy to talk about it with you.

I think partypoker is fine, although i'm sure others disagree. They rape you a little on exchange rate compared to something like stars, but they have a $500 deposit bonus/decent software/easy deposit option for canadians (like the echeck option at stars), etc.
