Almost went tilt crazy, insta logged off and went for a walk instead.

Got 10 penguine bars, all good. Came back called a few allin's with J8o in the CC freeroll, tripled up, then called a few with 83 and some other hands and went from chip leader to busto in one orbit. :)

I'd play at least one more month at nl25 and only move up if you win at like 3BB/100 or above over that month. This is a good time for you to build your game and set a solid foundation for moving up...what you do not want to do is move up too quickly, start to run badly, tilt, lose half BR, etc. But sounds like this is on the same wavelength as what you are already thinking so that is good.

Yep.
Especially because that is pretty much what happened when I moved up to 25nl.
Too soon, ran bad, tilted, spewed, had to work hard to get game back on track, took 4 months. :(

Little bit confused by this trulyfreepokertraining thing..
The way I see it I earned stox, but not CardRunners+stox as I am short 2800 FTP.
But I think I remember choosing CR as primary and stox as secondary. So shouldn't I be 300 away from CR then (it's 4500 FTP).
And how do I change it so I get CR first then stox second next month ?

Nice job guys. Hopefully May will be my "return from a losing month"!

BTW this is my new table theme, its "No Images Hyper Clone" from PSThemes, along with the 3D Thin Stars deck.

(note that i did try to edit/shade out the major stats for the people at the table)

Very, very true.

Here's his last hand before he finally gave up (take note of what he calls with)

(yes i'm checking because he folds somewhat often if you are aggressive, but if you give him half the chance to try and bluff you out he never fails to deliver...plus once he's put in half his stack he never folds)

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players

Hero (SB): $126.40 (252.8 bb)
BB: $58.50 (117 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is SB with T:diamond: A:diamond:
Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $2.50, Hero calls $1

Flop: ($5) 6:diamond: 9:club: T:heart: (2 players)
BB bets $11.50, Hero calls $11.50

Turn: ($28) 7:heart: (2 players)
BB bets $17.50, Hero raises to $112.40 and is all-in, BB calls $27 and is all-in

Results: $117 pot ($0.50 rake)

Hero mucked T:diamond: A:diamond: (two pairs, Tens and Sixes) and lost (-$58.50 net)

So whatever that's cool, except for dinner is ready and I have to leave. I pretty much beg the guy to wait for me to come back and we'll play some more but when I get back he's gone and playing 100NL against someone now :(

I feel dirty...

The tables are so bad right since FTP completely ****ed up with the last update, that after I bought in for all the deep tables - that is, all 3 of them at 200nl - i actually bought in short stacked at the normal ones, only completing to 100bb once i doubled up, provided there were no shorties on my left, and ratholing otherwise.

I'm just disgusted with what FTP did to their games. Got my 200 daily points to qualify for ironman, but i'm off to play the 50bb min tables at Pokerstars now...

I've learned not to count any Party Poker chickens until they've hatched. I reserve my cheer and joy for whenever they either put money in my account or tell me I get the money in Vegas. So far, I've heard nothing from them but figure I'll give them the week until I start hassling them about it.
