Possibly. If you are learning from your mistakes, you should become a stronger player. But if you aren't identifying and correcting mistakes, then losing just means you are not a very good poker player. After every hand I lose, I try to internalize the loss. I ask myself, "is there anything I could have done differently?". But most importantly, I focus on not repeating the same mistake again during the session. I recall the hands I loss when I get in similar spots and incorporate those hand histories in my thought process before acting.

There's an Eastern European saying that goes something like this. It's a bit dirty, so I won't quote it. But the essence of this saying is roughly the same: we are loved and we grow stronger.
