Luck or Skill: Which is More Important?

Usually i would say that skills are far more important but lately im into a very bad luck stream so im very confused, i hope i get out of it asap so i can enjoy poker again without being mad haha

So many thoughts, and on the end everyone is telling his story about luck or skill. When you played it with skill and you lose you are saying we were out of luck, opposite too.

If you got skill, you notice when you have to play Risiko, then u also need the luck. But Skill is most important.

Poker requires skill and also a lot of luck, because even if you have a good hand you never know what is going to come out on the flop and so I think it requires luck and also great skill.

Depends on your goal as a player.

Want to make this your profession and play for years to come? Then long term skill > luck.

Do you play just for fun, to kill time, and/or just for the excitement, but don't plan on ever doing it as a profession or for the rest of your life? Then luck > skill.

In my experience luck factor rules in hyper turbo tournaments. In normal tournaments skill has upper hand though sometimes, if our full house becomes under house till river then we could say oh how lucky he/she was..LOL

I think he has more skill in the beginning and middle of the tournaments, but in the final part, he has to have a lot more luck, but the more marginal hands will be played, because at this stage he has to be very aggressive himself !!!
