What do you think, in what mood is it better to start a session in poker to increase profits and why?
The corresponding mood is easy to get in 5-10 minutes, for example, watching a comic video or listening to a sad song.

I only tend to play well when I am relaxed and comfortable. So I often get comfy on the couch before and have a cold drink in front of me before I start playing! But I suppose each person will be different.

Calm, happy and confident, focused and in no hurry. I have realized that if I start playing too soon after my work, I am still thinking about work stuff and I'm still too stressed out. I usually wait an hour or two until I'm relaxed and good to go. For me there is no fast detour to find the right mood so I just wait until it feels like the time is right. That works for me.
