This is a rough overview for weekdays, we should make a special mention for Friday nights! After a tough week in the office, Fridays are when people like to let off a little steam – and lose some money at the tables.

During the weekends the tables are always more full compared to weekly days. The professionals are grinding all day long starting from the morning. I prefer to play at the evening - after 8 PM, because there are more people, who aren't pros and this is the best time for them to spend some free time.

most people are playing at evening-night so here is your answer =)
but if your grind MTTs you can find ther in the morning too so it's not a big problem.
Cash/HUSNG - you will most likely have to wait a bit unless you grind nl2-nl50 I would say

I would see what I'm going to do other than poker that day and just play when I am not doing something else. If I am only playing poker that day than I would say probably mornings and afternoons. Just pick a time where you don't feel tired.

In the morning it is easier to play. Don't know why, maybe because the players are tired or turnover do not really understand what they are doing...

I'veplated at 4am, 4pm and 10pm. in my opinion the early morning hours are the best time to take advantage of the drinkers and the players who are tired that make mistakes.

I would you rather start playing at evening about 8AM or a bit later, because i have done all my homework, my wee daughter falls asleep and im ready for grinding. Evening works for me.

for me it is better in the evening, then calm, there is no one that bothers me, everyone went to sleep and be relaxed to play

Poker all day hahaha, but i prefer playing it at night, especially if it's a tounament, cause it's total silence and for me is easier to focus on the game.

It all depends on how you feel.
If your super tired at 3am probably not a great idea to play at that time.
