Need To Concentrate?

Does anyone fell they play better when in only one game and watching and paying attention to every little detail of the turny room and other players ? Or do they feel they can still play there best in 2 or 3 tables or turements at once?Because i find when i am talking to my friend and play poker I dont read people as well and do all ins with out thinking more.
