Do you think someone will invent another tipe of poker game?

I think yes new poker types will keep coming.
People love adding a twist to the classic format. Just look at how Short Deck or Spin & Go changed things.
Maybe the next step will mix AI or dynamic structures something between MTTs and cash games.

i think i want to see shortdeck+omaha format like 3max, pot limit omaha but with shortdeck in combo. i know it will be fun, 36 cards everyone has 4 card on hand for example AA68 KJ10Q JJ78 flop is AJQ no low cards like 2,3,4,5) only gamble. ShortDeckOmaha 3max only tournaments, or even HeadsUp tournament.

there are so many different variants of poker that most players don't know about.

if you play multi games then you might have heard of badugi right?

Probably so because its been online for awhile now but there's also badeucy and other badugi variants and old draw games that ppl don't play anymore like Ace to 5 that's basically 2-7 without the straight and flush penalties and then there are stud variants that aren't stud and stud 8 but . . . you get the point?

There are so many variants of poker out there that most ppl don't know about and they're not exposed to them unless you play them live like in certain casinos where multi games are played.

Or you can get into a time machine or find some old poker books or watch old vids of ppl playing games like holdem pineapple like from UB poker online years ago and can find some poker variants that used to be played a lot that isnt anymore.

there are a lot of games already out there and yes someone will make something else up but the real question: is will ppl run to play it like stud 20+ years ago or like nlh today.

Good question, I think there would be pros and cons even clashes

I think so, because we humans are innovators, when we see something that's not going so well, we choose to change for the better.

There are many types of poker. I think anyone can come up with a new type of poker if they want to, but what's the point? A new type of game is not always an advantage, when it comes to poker, it's more of a disadvantage.
