Many people think that poker players live like a movie... but the reality for most of them is to work, solve problems, pay the bill and even open the table almost midnight because the mind keeps playing
And I think it's curious how poker creates a “second version” of us.
Off the tables: normal person.
At the table: calculating ranges, controlling tilt, reading timing and suffering from a bad beat on the river
Some people play after work, after college, after putting their children to sleep... and no one can imagine.
In the end, poker brings together totally different people, but everyone understands the pain of falling close to the ITM 😭
