When you look up your % please take into account how these % are calculated.
I'm not sure what the formula is but it should reflect reality.:p

Do you know if it that % means that you are rated higher than that many other player? For example, if you have a rating of 75%. you're rated in the top 25%?.

Higher % is better but I am not all that convinced of the validity or rather the meaningfulness of the numbers. They are what they are, but I am certain I am not truly in the top 8% :D

And aqua, I just looked at OPR your ranking. It seems you practically stopped playing after January 2008. In the month January you had >50 ranked games (all HENL) but only 3 games in the ~10 months since. Whaddup with that?

The ROI might not be accurate as they take the average buy in which is 3xbuy-in and I'm pretty sure most people spend more than 3xbuy-in (incl. buy in, rebuys and add-on).

My average buy in for rebuys is about 4xbuy-in and I'm a tight player.

I'm not sure what you're looking at but I have a whole page of touneys listed for the last 120 days. Are you looking at a different setting maybe?

Dunno how else to set it --- think this covers you. Full Tracking says you were ITM 26/132. If what you have is different, show the link....and just holler if you need someone to throw a life preserver!! :D

Your search for

halibel didn't return any players!

See about updating your CC profile; need to enter the nickname you use at each covered poker site.

Big thing about OPR is that if you satty into a BIG tourney they add it like you paid into the tourney and not that you spent a fraction of the cost. This will screw up your rankings and ROI.

I'm not sure what player you are refering to so I'll just add this tidbit. Most players, upwaqrds of 90%, lose money. So your ranking can be pretty high even if you are -ROI.

do you really want other players to know how much you're winning?

Hey qwerkk, I see what you are talking about. You're right, I haven't played @ FT in a very long time. Not money anyway. I have only been playing @ pokerstars. Your screenshot shows FT.

I don't play much on FTP. :D

Look up my PokerStars name, you'll see a bit more action there, especially in the $0.10 donkfests.

I don't mind really. I am not a spectacular player, but I do win. The reputable sites will let you request your information to be hidden.

In some ways I think if you use OPR or sharkscope or PokerEdge to determine what kind of player I am then you deserve the surprise you'll get.

My PokerEdge description is clownishly incorrect. Well it's half right. I am loose. ;) But I am only passive when I am tilted.

I agree, Caps. I think that we cash players are often incorrectly depicted in those ranking sites since we rarely play tourneys. But w/e. I don't mind looking like I suck in the rankings. Helps keep my true skill obscured.
