SnG played will be $1.20 9ppl
Average playing time 1.5hours mon-fri & 6 hrs on weekend

Everyone has said don't judge by the hour, judge over long period of time.

What would be a good goal for feb?

If your playing cash then aim for a figure of 5ptbb/100, SnG's aim for a 10%roi.

So if you playing cash at the level you suggested then if you played 2 tables over the amount of hours you suggested for the period of February then you could earn this:

2 tabling over approx 60hrs for the month you could play something in the region of 10,000 hands.

At a winrate of 5ptbb/100 you could earn $40.

If you played solely sng's at $1.20, 2 tabling you could earn at a rate of 10%roi (return on investment). You could play approx 120 games a month, 120 x $1.20 = $144 x 10% = $14.4

These winrate/roi figures will all depend on your ability and how hot/cold you run. They could increase/decrease dramatically as a result of this.
