In fact, I think there is no right or wrong answer to your question.
Hold'em appeared earlier and the rules of the game are quite simple. It seems to me that everyone started with Hold'em. Due to the simplicity of the rules, this is the most popular type of poker and that is why poker platforms prefer it when they arrange free tournaments - it is much easier to attract a player with Hold'em.

But playing the same type of poker really gets boring, and omaha is a great option for a change: More rules, a more extensive action spector.

Someone remains loyal to Hold'em, because once we all fell in love with poker because of it, and everything is clear and familiar to us here. But someone falls in love with Omaha for its more interesting rules and variability.
I'm used to Hold'em, but I also really enjoy playing omaha, especially omaha hi/lo.🤓🙊

Honestly, I can't choose. Yes, we are accustomed that Texas Hold'em is a dominant poker variant. But Omaha is no less interesting and profitable variant. So if you're gathering statistics, I'm giving my vote to traditional Hold'em, but I like both variants a lot.

I prefer Hold'em and simple Omaha (without Hi/Lo).
It is very dangerous to play both at the same time, we are talking about two different types, I would only play one at a time, at least in my experience it is not good to mix the two.
