Omaha or Hold Em?

My personal preference has shifted from Hold Em to Omaha. Been playing for little over 3 months now and I can’t get enough! What’s your favorite rendition of poker?

I play NL Hold'em, as I initially studied strategies for playing this particular type of poker. I also tried to play Omaha and I really liked it. Most play Hold'em, as there is much less material for learning Omaha strategies.

Holdem is much too simple...

But still love the game! I lose all the time... : )

Omaha? Sure. I play that too...Make sure it's either H/L or High only. Verry Important!

I have so many favorites, but Stud 8, 2-7 (triple and single draw as well as the Dramaha variant) are my favorites.

I used to play only Omaha because I thought that the more cards, the more combinations and chances of winning, but now it's easier to play only hold'em

Holdem is my favorite modality although I usually play omaha hi / low sometimes, I think that in omaha the variance of the game is more complicated than in holdem.

I like both games. Of course it is much easier to play Holdem, online as well as live with friends. But Omaha is a game, which is pretty entertaining and I would like to play more Omaha again.

I prefer Holdem. I've been playing for over 10 years, and I actually only play Holdem. The game brings me pleasure and regular profits, so I don't see the point in changing anything.

I like holdem to play big tournaments, but i like PLO8 to make money.

True; Holdem has been a lot more easier for me hence the need to challenge myself. So far I’m in the red 😂

I love all the games holdem, omaha.Hi.lo razz, horse, badugi,

Cause every game require another skill and reading so it makes it fun playing something different instead of playing the same game over and over

I love omaha but it is just too stresfull... brutal, can make me too anxious and angry.

Agreed I’ve started losing hair after a number of bad beats 😂😂 … stress and anxiety come with the hobby that is poker.

My favorite is PLO8. I like tournaments more so than cash tables though. The rake on the cash tables can hurt you if you're splitting pots heads up.
