Each with its own randomness but different. In single shuffle half of a deck never happens to have a chance to be seen in a hand after shuffle is done. Eliminating this movement means 27 cards have no chance to see the board. With RNG the deck keeps shuffling. Now any card has a chance to hit the board based off mouse movement timing what ever they choose. Both unpredictable but online has a higher chance of improving the board. May not be much of a difference but think of it like a casino house games. The odds are in the casino favor by just a small percentage. Enough of a percentage to make a profit, everyone knows the house always makes money. Yes people still win but the house always has an edge. In this situation you know who has the edge.
