I believe that the online player, because he plays more time, plays more hands, gains more experiences. While the live players are very dependent on schedule and interesting tournaments, of course the two are dedicated and study for this, but the online player goes through more difficult decisions

I would say the online players. Online players play more hands than the live players. But experienced live players might be able to spot tells that online players would not be able to.

I never played live because here where I live poker is not known, when I talk about poker people get to know what I'm talking about, so I'll say that I'm the online player.

I played live poker only with friends at home, and I only play online poker, if I played live poker with good players, then I could compare, and I don’t know who an experienced online player or who plays live game!

This is a no brainer, online is miles ahead of the live game, one good example is if your a winning player online at 10/25 cents you should have no problem winning the Vegas strip games at $1/2 IMO.

Online you have a massive advantage with the use of HUDs , cheat charts , even software seating, as in finding the easiest games, the list goes on and on.

Live x Online

Everyone says live poker is a lot more exciting than online poker. I particularly agree with this statement. I have little patience for online games, however in the live I spend hours and hours playing. Is there anyone who prefers online gambling?

I prefer the MTTs online and putting in huge volume at the micros cash online. But live is where it is at for $1/2 or higher

if you want to have a good time with these friends then yes I prefer poker live but if the goal is to make money then in this case I prefer to play online.

Definitely live, there is much more fun to interact with your opponents, besides that if you go to casinos, you can eat and drink well (no alcohol). I would prefer the online only for MTT

I do not have the opportunity to play live poker and I only have to play online poker in the evenings, I can play poker with my friends at home, but I don’t like this game, if I try to play against other players in the casino or poker club, then I need to go in another city to play poker but this is far away and I don’t have that much time but I would really like to try playing live poker with other players in a poker club or casino!

I LOVE playing live, but have horrible tells. My hands get shaky, I don't have a poker face, etc. That being said, it's still funner for me to play live. But if I want a shot at a lot of money, then online is definitely the place to be. Not that I make that lots of money, but ya know, someday.

I prefer love games because theres alot less variance and bad beats overall...however its an hour drive at mininum to the nearest live table for me so online is used mostly for convenience for myself...but in the end they arent so different from each other...if you are good at one 8t doesnt mean you will be good at the other, but it does mean you probably can be if you put your mind to it

Hi.
I play poker for about 3-4 years and play only online.
For the most part, I do not have much free time so I can play live poker. Although, in my opinion, playing live is much more complicated.
