any news on when they are going to get the poker rooms online? they said earlier this year that it was going to happen in october and since then, nothing. any news on when its going to happen?

from what i've been reading out of las vegas and reno is those that have applied for licences will be kick starting free play games online first. sometime in the spring everyone has their fingers crossed that guidlines from all those involved can be resolved by mid year 2013.
personally i think the silver state will startup in the later part of the year if not one year from midnight tonight.

I' m with you imafin got my fingers crossed that 2013 will be the year for U.S. players . I think once we get one state to take the leap all will follow shortly after.

Trouble I'm seeing with Nevada right now is it's intrastate, which means only in-state play. Be quite a while I fear until games start crossing state lines so we can really all play. Keep pressuring and being a bee in the ear of your representatives on the federal level!

I think as long as your state has a casino in it, won't be long before your included.

i am just wondering why say october, and then all of a sudden, the release date gets pushed backed months? are there that many issues that can delay it that long? what issues can they be running into that delays it for that long? is it more political and they are just sitting on their hands not doing anything and holding out for some other motive?

I read somewhere it is going to kickoff sometime early 2013, i believe i read it at Casino City Times.

I guess this will be good news for nevada people,but probably wont affect the rest of us yet, but a good step in right direction.
