Online poker software (tracking)

Hey guys.

I'm not a fan of using tracking software, but it does seem like a simple way to enhance my poker game quickly. Right now I'm doing a little bit of my own "Chris Ferguson Challenge," but once I start getting back into higher limit games I figure it couldn't hurt to try some software out.

What ones do you guys recommend?

Are there any free programs out there?

If this is a repeat thread can you slap me in the direction of the better one?
