Live for sure. It's taken a ton of work to be somewhat proficient online. I used to be a giant yo yo online. Now I'm much more of an even keeled guy slowly plodding up.

I like live more than online because it follows odds and stats.

Seldom will you see bad beats and suckouts and those unbelievable results on the board.

im playing online,played just few live games with friends for fun...i think i would be better live,then you dont have a lot of donkeys and you can actually see players act and face expressions which are important for me

see the face to the the other players is very important (poker face XD)
online is more relax

after playing for so many years online, live to me is somewhat boring and slow. the other crappy thing is you cant play as many tourneys live, which in turn makes me play more nitty live, which may or may not be a good thing

Ditto for me. I only go once or twice a year to play live, but it's much easier as you get a better read on the players. I swear, live players at casino ring games are even worse than online players, they all play so aggressively. My best nights all I had to do was let them bet into me when I had monsters or nailed a flop.

Playing live is easier because you can see opponents, their emotions. There is no such information when playing online. You have no idea what kind of hands are at the table.

Players online are better than live players. People who are really patient can do well live, and people who aren't scared to be really aggressive usually find success online.

This is a grossly oversimplified generalization but it's pretty true.

Online is way better for me. I dont play live that much and when i do i get crushed cuz i cant control my pace lol. You would love to have me on a live table lads free chips for everyone.

I like to play poker online. Because you can do it without leaving home. You can play several tournaments at the same time. No matter how you're dressed, your emotions are visible or not.

if i didnt live 50 miles from a casino, i would only play live !! I just like the idea of bringing $100 to a casino, and leaving with $400. You dont have to wait weeks for a check to come, u can see the other players, feel the FELT of the table. I dont think anything comes close to playing live .

Still dig online for what it has become ... its just not quite the same ...
